In Person
Yes, we still offer in-person services! While many providers have gone fully online, at Wyner Family Counseling we are proud to still offer in-person psychotherapy for individuals, couples, and families. To schedule a visit, please call, email, or use our onilne scheduler. Please note that not all providers offer online scheduling – if you do not see your provider listed, please call or email to schedule.
Telehealth
For some clients, coming to an office may not be the best option. Whether the need is long-term for those who don’t live close to our offices, or short-term for needed therapy while on trips or ill, we are excited to offer telehealth through Simple Practice. To schedule a telehealth intake, simply select our “Virtual Office” when using the scheduler, or call/email us to set up an appointment.
Frequently Asked Questions
When can I expect a call back?
Calls are typically returned within 1-2 business days, and usually sooner if possible. Please note that occasionally messages left via cellphone do not come through clearly — if you do not hear from us within 48 hours, please call back.
What if we aren’t a good fit?
Most of our team will offer a no-obligation initital consultation: you only pay if you decide to continue working together. Ask your therapist about this option when scheduling for more information!
What about email?
Our team can be reached via email using the addresses shown on our team member page. However, please be aware that email is generally not considered a secure medium. As such, we strongly discourage sending any sensitive information via email.
Is Telehealth safe or effective?
Yes! Telehealth has been shown to be a safe and effective means for participating in a variety of therapy modalities. During your initial meeting and throughout your therapy, you and your provider will work together to ensure We utilize Simple Practice, a HIPAA-compliant EHR, for all of our telehealth and medical record storage to ensure your privacy.
